Change in the publication date of the extended consolidated report for the first half-year of 2011
The Management Board of Energomontaż-Południe S.A. (the Issuer) announces a change in the publication date of the extended consolidated report by Energomontaż-Południe S.A. for the first half-year of 2011. The report will be published on 29 August 2011. In current report No. 2/2011 of 4 January 2011, the initial publication date of the report was stated as 31 August 2011.
Precise legal basis: Clause 103 par. 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities [...] of 19 February 2009.
