Order to Steinmϋller Instandsetzung Kraftwerke GmbH
The Management Board of Energomontaż-Południe S.A. (Issuer, Contractor), in reference to current report No. 22/2010 dated 9 February 2010, hereby reports that the Issuer on 9 March 2010 obtained an order from the German company Steinmϋller Instandsetzung Kraftwerke GmbH for performance of a part of installation works associated with the modernisation of unit No. 5 at Elektrownia Bełchatów S.A. by Energomontaż-Południe S.A. The value of the task is PLN 19.5 million. The task will be carried out during the second quarter of 2010 up to the end of the year. The maximum level of contractual penalties foreseen in the contract for delays in the delivery of works shall not exceed 10% of the value of the contract. Such order constitutes grounds for the Issuer to commence works on the above task.
The value of the Company's order portfolio, taking into account the above order, is estimated to be ca. PLN 407.3 million (including export contracts for ca. EUR 63.3 million). The value of the portfolio has been determined using the Euro exchange rate used by the Issuer to calculate the value of orders.
