Registration of series E shares of the Issuer by the National Depository for Securities (KDPW)
Acting on the basis of Clause 34 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities (...), the Management Board of Energomontaż-Południe S.A. (the Issuer) announces that, on this day, it received a Notice from the Operations Department of the National Depository for Securities S.A. (the NDS), from the content of which it results that, on 17 February 2010, registration will take place in the National Depository of 22,582,001 shares of Energomontaż-Południe S.A., marked with the ISIN code: PLEMNPD00018. The registration will be made on the basis of a resolution of the Management Board of the NDS, No. 463/09 of 12 November 2009, which the Issuer reported on in its current report No. 62/2009 of 16 November 2009.
