Change concerning the dates of publishing periodical reports in the year 2009.
Acting according to § 103 par. 2 of the Ordinance of the Ministry of Finance dated 19 February 2009 concerning current and periodical information submitted by security issuers and conditions, related with the recognition of information as equivalent, required by legal regulations of the country, which is not a member state (the Ordinance), the Board of Energomontaż-Południe S.A. (the Issuer, the Company) gives to public knowledge new dates of issuing periodical reports in the year 2009. Changes concerning the previous dates of publishing periodical reports published by the Issuer in the current report No. 4/2009 dated 26 January 2009 were caused by changes in legal regulations related with dates of publishing periodical reports, resulting from the fact that the Ordinance became effective.
Extended consolidated quarterly reports including quarterly financial information – previous dates of publication:
I quarter 2009 - 14.05.2009
II quarter 2009 - 12.08.2009
III quarter 2009 - 12.11.2009
Extended consolidated quarterly reports including quarterly financial information – new dates of publication:
I quarter 2009 - 14.05.2009 (date without changes)
III quarter 2009 - 12.11.2009 (date without changes)
According to § 101 par. 2 of the Ordinance the Issuer has no obligation to submit the quarterly report and consolidated quarterly report for the second quarter of the turnover year, and as a result the Company, taking advantage of the subject records of the Ordinance, shall not publish the consolidated report for the II quarter of the year 2009.

The Company simultaneously informs that in 2009 it shall continue to transfer extended consolidated quarterly reports including quarterly financial information, of which mention has been made in § 83 par. 1 of the Ordinance and the extended consolidated half-year report including abridged half-year financial report, of which mention has been made in § 83 par.3 of the Ordinance.
