Changes in the Company’s Corporate Bodies

The Management Board of Energomontaż-Południe S.A. (the Company the Issuer) reports that the Supervisory Board of the Issuer on 27 October 2011 dismissed Mr Ryszard Radomski and Mr Jacek Fydrych with effect from 27 October 2011 from the positions of Deputy Presidents of the Company's Management Board. The supervisory body did not indicate the reasons for the dismissal of these persons.

The Management Board of Energomontaż-Południe S.A. (the Company, the Issuer) reports that the Supervisory Board of the Issuer on 27 October 2011 dismissed Mr Ryszard Radomski and Mr Jacek Fydrych with effect from 27 October 2011 from the positions of Deputy Presidents of the Company's Management Board. The supervisory body did not indicate the reasons for the dismissal of these persons.

In addition, Mr Stanislaw Gasinowicz on 27 October 2011 submitted his resignation from the position of Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Issuer. The resignation concerns only the position of Chairman of the Company's Supervisory Board and does not concern membership of the Company's Supervisory Board.

At the same time the Company's Supervisory Board elected from among its members Mr Andrzej Wilczyński as Chairman of the Supervisory Board with effect from 27 October 2011. In connection with the submission of his resignation in the form given above, Mr Stanislaw Gasinowicz was elected by the supervisory organ to act as Deputy Chairman of the issuer's Supervisory Board.
