Court registration of an amendment of the Company’s Statute

(the Issuer) announces that the District Court for Katowice-Wschód in Katowice VIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register has registered the amendment of the Statute
With reference to current report No 49/2011 of 28 June 2011 on an amendment to the Statutes made by the General Meeting of Shareholders of Energomontaż-Południe S.A. on 28 June 2011, the Management Board of Energomontaż-Południe S.A. (the Issuer) announces that the District Court for Katowice-Wschód in Katowice, VIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, has registered the amendment of the Statute referred to in current report No 49/2011. The Issuer obtained information on the above registration on the basis of a copy from the commercial register dated 29 August 2011.
