Uniform text of the Statute of Energomontaż-Południe S.A.

(the "Issuer" the "Company") attaches hereto the uniform text of the Statute of the Company the content of which was approved on 28 June 2011 by a resolution of the Issuer's Supervisory Board adopted on the basis of an authorisation by the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company contained in Resolution No. 21 of 27 June 2011.
