The Management Board of Energomontaż-Południe S.A. (the Issuer) hereby conveys a list of information made available to the public in 2010, as set forth in Article 56 par. 1 of the Act on Public Offerings and the Conditions for Introducing Financial Instruments to the Organised Trading System and on Public Companies of 29 July 2005. The originals of the reports are kept at the registered office of the Issuer in Katowice at ul. Mickiewicza 15, and the reports are also available on the Issuer's website at www.energomontaz.pl.
The Issuer also makes it known that some information contained in the enclosed list may be out of date.
