Conclusion with Bank PEKAO S.A. of an annex to an agreement on renewable credit in a current account

(the Issuer or Company) announces that on 30 June 2010 the Company concluded an annex to an agreement on credit in a current account with Bank PEKAO S.A. on the conclusion of which the Issuer reported in Current Report No. 39/2009 of 23 July 2009.
The Management Board of Energomontaż-Południe S.A. (the Issuer or Company) announces that on 30 June 2010 the Company concluded an annex to an agreement on credit in a current account with Bank PEKAO S.A., on the conclusion of which the Issuer reported in Current Report No. 39/2009 of 23 July 2009.
Within the meaning of the provisions of the annex, the parties decided that the period in which the credit is available would be extended by a further 12 months, and that the deadline for repayment of the credit would be changed from 30 June 2010 to 30 June 2011. The other provisions of the agreement shall remain unchanged.
