(the Issuer, the Company) attaches hereto the text of resolutions adopted by the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Issuer held on 14 June 2010. There were no objections to any of the resolutions. The Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders considered every item on the planned agenda.
