Notification from a shareholder with respect to a change in its share in the total number of votes in the Company

The Management Board of Energomontaż-Południe S.A. (the Issuer the Company) reports that on 23 February 2010 the Company received notification from Mr Radosław Kamiński a shareholder of the Issuer participating in a shareholders' understanding.

The Management Board of Energomontaż-Południe S.A. (the Issuer, the Company) reports that on 23 February 2010 the Company received notification from Mr Radosław Kamiński, a shareholder of the Issuer participating in a shareholders' understanding.

The notification has the following content:

"In connection with the increase of the share capital of Energomontaż-Południe S.A. from PLN 48,390,000.00 to PLN 70,972,001.00, effected on 17 February 2010 and about which the Company provided information in a current report on 18 February, I hereby inform you that the share of the shareholders belonging to the understanding in which I participate and about which I provided information on 18 January 2008, in the total number of votes in the Company, has fallen to below 5 per cent. On the day on which the share capital was increased, i.e. 17 February 2010, we held a total of 2,794,000 shares in the Company. These shares constituted 5.77 per cent of the share in the total number of votes before the share capital was increased, and constitute 3.94 per cent of the share in the total number of votes since the described increase of the share capital."
