Subscription to shares in the Issuer by a manager

The Management Board of Energomontaż-Południe S.A. (the Company) announces that on 9 February 2010 it received a notification under the procedure of Article 160 par. 1 pt. 1 of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments in which the President of Energomontaż-Południe S.A. Mr Andrzej Hołda reported that on 3 and 5 February 2010 he subscribed to a total of 4838999 Series E shares in the Company at a unit issue price of PLN 3.45.

The Management Board of Energomontaż-Południe S.A. (the Company) announces that on 9 February 2010 it received a notification under the procedure of Article 160 par. 1 pt. 1 of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments in which the President of Energomontaż-Południe S.A., Mr Andrzej Hołda, reported that on 3 and 5 February 2010 he subscribed to a total of 4,838,999 Series E shares in the Company at a unit issue price of PLN 3.45. The subscription to Series E shares took place through the above manager exercising his entitlement from Series A subscription warrants issued as part of a conditional share capital increase.
