Order from Alstom Power Systems GmbH for ventilation mills for the Ledvice power station

(the "Issuer" the "Company" the "Contractor") declares that on 5 February 2010 the Company received an order from Alstom Power Systems GmbH (the "Client") for the production of ventilator mills together with a package of perishable spare parts for the Ledvice power station in the Czech Republic.
The Management Board of Energomontaż-Południe S.A. (the "Issuer", the "Company", the "Contractor") declares that on 5 February 2010 the Company received an order from Alstom Power Systems GmbH (the "Client") for the production of ventilator mills, together with a package of perishable spare parts, for the Ledvice power station in the Czech Republic.
The value of the order is approximately EUR 3.3 million, which is about PLN 13.5 million according to the median exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland on the date of publication of this report. The deadline for the fulfilment of the order is the period from April 2010 to September 2011.
Contractual penalties for delays in fulfilling the order do not exceed 10 percent of its value.
Taking the above order into account, the Company's order of portfolios has an estimated value of approximately PLN 382.5 million (it includes export orders worth about EUR 63 million). The value of the portfolio was calculated according to the euro exchange rate used by the Issuer to calculate orders.
