Appointment of a manager

Acting in accordance with Clause 5 par. 1 pt. 22 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information [...] the Management Board of Energomontaż Południe S.A. (the Company the Issuer) announces that on 2 February 2010 the Issuer's Supervisory Board adopted a resolution on the appointment of Mr Dariusz Kowzan to the post of Member of the Company's Management Board as of 2 February 2010.

(the Company, the Issuer) announces that, on 2 February 2010, the Issuer's Supervisory Board adopted a resolution on the appointment of Mr Dariusz Kowzan to the post of Member of the Company's Management Board as of 2 February 2010.

Mr Dariusz Kowzan has been associated with the Issuer since September 2009, when he became Director of Contracts and Development, as well as an Authorised Signatory (Prokurent). The Supervisory Board is confident that with his extensive knowledge and experience in the technical field, the new Management Board member will strengthen the management of the Company.

Mr Dariusz Kowzan is 48 years old. In 1989, he graduated from the Faculty of Mechanics and Power Engineering at Wrocław University of Technology.

His professional career has been connected with Fabryka Kotłów Rafako S.A. in Racibórz , where he held supervisory and managerial positions.

1989-1992 Rafako S.A. - worked in the design office
1992 - Tella Papierfabrik, Niederbipp, Switzerland - supervised the construction of a boiler for the waste incinerator.
1993 - MSA Dottikon, Dottikon, Switzerland - supervised the construction of a boiler for the waste incinerator.
At the same time he was engaged in work on the opening of Rafako S.A.'s Swiss representation - Rafako Handels AG in Zurich.
1994 -1995 Rafako Handels AG in Zurich - Director.
1995 -1996 Łagisza Project Manager - engaged in contractual negotiations in Poland in connection with the delivery of a fluid boiler for the Łagisza power station.
1996 -2000 Project Manager for the delivery of a De-Sulphuring Plant for blocks 5 and 6 at the Bełchatów power station.
2000 -2003 Project Manager for the delivery of a De-Sulphuring Plant for blocks 7 and 9 at the Bełchatów power station.
2003 -2006 Rafako S.A. - Director of the Environmental Protection Department and Authorised Signatory.
2006 - August 2009 - Director of Facilities Implementation and Authorised Signatory

Since 2008, Mr Kowzan has also been a member of the Supervisory Board of Eurol Innovative Solutions Sp. z o.o. in Gliwice.

The above manager does not engage in any competing business, does not participate in competing enterprises as a partner in a civil law partnership or any other form of partnership or as a member of a corporate body of a limited company or other competing legal person. The new Management Board member does not appear on the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained on the basis of the National Court Register Act.
