Disposal of major assets
Publish date: 12.22.2009The Management Board of Energomontaż-Południe S.A. hereby announces that on 22nd December 2009 a subsidiary company Amontex Przedsiębiorstwo Montażowe Sp. z o.o. (Amontex) transferred to ING Lease (Polska) Sp. z o.o. the perpetual usufruct rights to a real estate located in Piotrków Trybunalski in Przemysłowa Street being a plot of land of the area of 9888 m2 including the property right to the buildings situated within the said area and constituting separate real estates. The net sales price was PLN 14.2 million.

The net sales price was PLN 14.2 million.
There are no connections between the Issuer or any persons managing or supervising the Issuer and Amontex or any persons managing or supervising this entity and the persons managing or supervising ING Lease (Polska) Sp. z o.o.
The value of the assets transferred exceeds 10% of the Issuer's equity capital value thus making the transaction a major one.
