Commission of the Consortium of Hydrobudowa Polska S.A. and Alpine Construction Polska Sp. z o.o. regarding construction of the roof steel structure for the football stadium in Gdansk Letnica

The Management Board of Energomontaż-Południe S.A. with its registered seat in Katowice (referred to as the Issuer/the Company) hereby announces that on 31st August 2009 the Company received a commission submitted by the Consortium of companies: Hydrobudowa Polska S.A. and Alpine Construction Polska Sp. z o.o. pursuant to which the Consortium comprising the Issuer as well as the PBG Technologia Sp. z o.o. company is to perform the prefabrication manufacture and assembly of a steel structure for the roof of the football stadium to be erected in Gdansk Letnica.

The Management Board of Energomontaż-Południe S.A. with its registered seat in Katowice (referred to as the Issuer/the Company) hereby announces that, on 31st August 2009, the Company received a commission submitted by the Consortium of companies: Hydrobudowa Polska S.A. and Alpine Construction Polska Sp. z o.o., pursuant to which the Consortium comprising the Issuer as well as the PBG Technologia Sp. z o.o. company is to perform the prefabrication, manufacture and assembly of a steel structure for the roof of the football stadium to be erected in Gdansk Letnica. The value of the works commissioned is considerable and comes to 96 million PLN. The works performance deadline has been set on 13th August 2010. The Issuer's share in the Consortium co-formed with PBG Technologia Sp. z o.o. is nearly 90%, however, it may change depending on the final allocation of the works. The commission constitutes a beginning of collaboration between the Issuer and the PBG Group. PBG Technologia Sp. z o.o. is a contracting company dependent in 100% on PBG S.A.

The detailed conditions of the aforementioned commission are to be specified in the relevant contract the conclusion of which will be announced by the Company in a separate report. The contract conclusion is expected to take place in September this year.

The estimated value of the Company's portfolio of commissions entailing the commission in question is ca. 527.7 million PLN (the portfolio covers export commissions for 61.7 million euro) including the portfolio of commission for the year 2009 for the amount of ca. 313.1 million PLN (the portfolio covers export commissions for 2009 for the amount of 31.9 million euro). The portfolio value has been determined based on the euro exchange rates assumed by the Issuer for calculation of the commissions.
