Selection of an Entity to Examine Financial Statements of Energomontaż-Południe SA for 2009

Acting on the basis of §5 sec. 1 point 19 of the decree of the Minister of Finance of 19th February 2009 on current and periodic information […], the Management Board of Energomontaż-Południe SA in Katowice (the Issuer) informs that on 29th April 2009 the Issuer’s Supervisory Board decided on the selection of an entity to run a proper examination or review individual and consolidated semi-annual and annual financial statements of the Issuer for the 1st half-year and the business year of 2009. The Issuer’s auditor is MW RAFIN Marian Wcisło Biuro Usług Rachunkowości i Finansów Spółka Jawna in Sosnowiec (al. Zwycięstwa 3, 41-200 Sosnowiec, Poland) ("MW RAFIN").
MW RAFIN is an entity authorised to examine financial statements entered on the list held by the National Chamber of Statutory Auditors under number 3076.
An agreement is to be concluded for the period of examination and review of the Issuer’s individual and consolidated semi-annual and annual financial statements for 2009.
The Issuer has already used the auditor’s services in providing examination of individual and consolidated financial statements for 2007 and, correspondingly, the examination and review of financial statements for the 1st half-year and the business year of 2008. The choice of the chartered auditor was made by the Supervisory Board on the basis of §17 sec. 2 point 5 of the Articles of Association of Energomontaż–Południe SA, pursuant to the regulations and professional norms in force.
