Update of the information concerning the financial leasing of Legnicka Park Popowice real estate in Wrocław

(the Issuer the Company) informs that on the 17th February 2009 the Company submitted the last documents from the ones enumerated in the report No. 113/2208
In relation to the current report No. 113/2008 published on 30th December 2008 and the report No. 6/2009 dated 29th January 2009 the Board of Energomontaż Południe S.A. (the Issuer, the Company) informs that on the 17th February 2009 the Company submitted the last documents from the ones enumerated in the report No. 113/2208, including a copy of confirmation concerning the security of EURIBOR 1M fixed interest rate to ING Lease (Poland) Sp. z o.o. Simultaneously, the last condition concerning the price payment and the disclosure of the leasing subject matter, indicated in the leasing agreement concluded with ING Lease (Poland) Sp. z o.o., to the Issuer was fulfilled.
